The perfect system for oiling your wood rolling pin. Using the enclosed cup, Just add 1, or 2 cups of mineral oil, depending on how many pins you are oiling, to the pin tray. DO NOT OVER FILL. Set your pin in the deep notches. You are now ready. With your finger, or thumb if you prefer, slowly rotate your pin. After a roll or two, set your pin, diagonally, in the small drip drying notches, and let your pin drip dry. After a minute or two your pin is ready for a quick wipe down. You should wait 24 hours before using your pin.
